शिपिंग नीति

At Tirtam, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@tirtam.com.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The recipient is unavailable.

  • The shipment is refused.

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re shipping returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address changes can only be made before your order has been packed or dispatched.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Lost Shipments

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
