Welcome to TIRTAM. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TIRTAM. TIRTAM operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). TIRTAM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, product purchases, refunds, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

However, colours, textures and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other factors. Natural materials may also have variations in colour, texture, grain, inclusions, shape or finish.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing may change from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
Where products include natural, traditional or symbolic materials such as crystals, Rudraksha, Karungali or Tulsi, any descriptions of traditional, cultural or symbolic associations are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. TIRTAM does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, financial, spiritual or other outcome from the use of any product.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TIRTAM reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an error, payment cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Your order is accepted when TIRTAM confirms the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review your product selection, size, quantity, shipping details and other order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. TIRTAM does not offer exchanges. For an approved claim involving a wrong, damaged, defective or missing item, a replacement of the same item may be offered subject to availability, or a refund may be provided in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed. Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all amounts properly charged for your order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete shipping terms.
We will provide tracking information after dispatch in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Our Services, including our trademarks, brand identity, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, reviews, videos, audio, designs and the selection and arrangement of this content, are owned by or licensed to TIRTAM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit material from the Services without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
TIRTAM’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of TIRTAM or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written permission. Shopify’s trademarks remain the property of Shopify.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not control or monitor third-party tools and provide access to them on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant third-party provider. New features and tools introduced through the Services will also be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

TIRTAM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with TIRTAM. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TIRTAM, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TIRTAM, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the Feedback you submit and that it does not violate the rights of another person or these Terms. We may monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine violates applicable law, these Terms or the rights of others.

There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.
