Once your TIRTAM order has been dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details to your registered email address. You can use the tracking link or tracking ID to follow your shipment.

If you have a TIRTAM account

Simply log in to your account to view your order and tracking details.

You can also track your order through our chat

Look for the chat icon on the website and select “Track My Order.”

Enter:

• Your registered email address
• Your order number

Our chat assistant will help you find your latest order and tracking information.
